When an RV roof is too far gone for sealant and patches — soft spots underfoot, delamination, storm damage, or years of leaks — a full replacement is the only real fix. TrailTech RV replaces rubber (EPDM and TPO) and PVC RV roofs, and installs several roll-on roof options, with new membrane or coating, fresh sealant, and properly resealed penetrations so your rig is watertight again.
Roof replacement is a major job, so unlike our mobile services it is handled at our shop, not at your site. Here is how it works: the RV must be dropped off at our location, all materials must be paid for up front, and 75% of the estimated labor is required up front before work begins. The remaining balance is due at completion, and we will walk you through the full written estimate before anything starts.
Signs You Need RV Roof Replacement
- Soft or spongy spots underfoot on the roof
- Leaks that keep coming back after resealing seams
- Bubbling, cracking, or peeling roof membrane
- Delamination or water staining on the interior ceiling or walls
- Storm, hail, or tree-branch damage
- An aging membrane at or past its service life
What We Do
- Full inspection and moisture assessment of the existing roof and decking
- Tear-off of the old membrane and replacement of any rotted decking
- New EPDM/TPO or PVC membrane installation, or one of several roll-on roof options
- Reseal and re-flash every vent, A/C, skylight, and cap seam
- Reinstall roof-mounted components and run a water test
- Written estimate up front — materials and 75% of labor due before work begins
