Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the repair services provided by TrailTech RV (“we,” “us,” or “our”), to your use of this website, and to the software we operate to run our business. By requesting service or using this site, you agree to them.
Our services
We are a mobile RV repair business based in Huntington, Texas. We travel to where your RV is located rather than operating a walk-in shop. We work on the living side of the RV — appliances, electrical, plumbing, roofs, slide-outs, awnings and similar systems. We do not perform engine, chassis, drivetrain, tire or towing work.
Estimates, service fees and payment
A service fee applies to each visit and covers travel to your location; beyond our standard radius an additional per-mile charge applies. Labor is billed hourly with a one-hour minimum, plus parts. Current rates are quoted to you before we are dispatched and again before any work begins.
Diagnosis is work. If we arrive, diagnose a fault and you decline the repair, the service fee and minimum labor charge still apply. Invoices are due on receipt unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Where a repair requires parts to be ordered, we may require payment for those parts up front.
Scheduling and access
Arrival times are estimates. Mobile repair work runs long without warning, and we would rather tell you honestly that we are behind than pad every window. If you will not be present, you are responsible for arranging safe access to the RV and for anything of value left inside it.
Parts and workmanship
We guarantee our workmanship for 60 days from the date of the repair. Parts carry whatever warranty their manufacturer provides, which we will pass through to you.
Customer-supplied parts. We will install parts you provide, but we cannot warrant them, cannot guarantee they are correct for your unit, and our workmanship guarantee does not extend to failures caused by them. If a part you supply turns out to be wrong or defective, the labor to diagnose and to fit a replacement is chargeable.
Warranty and third-party claims
Where work is covered by a manufacturer warranty or an extended service contract, payment terms are set by that provider. Approval is theirs to give, and we cannot guarantee it. If a claim is denied, the work is billable to you at our standard rates.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for our own workmanship. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, for damage arising from deferred maintenance, or for indirect or consequential losses — including lost trip time, alternative accommodation, or spoiled food resulting from an appliance failure. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
This website
Content on this site is provided for general information. Repair guidance published on our blog describes what we would check and is not a substitute for a diagnosis of your specific unit. Working on RV electrical, propane and roof systems carries real risk; if you act on general information, you do so at your own risk. Text and images on this site are ours or used with permission, and may not be republished without consent. Photo credits are listed on our image credits page.
Software and connected services
We operate software to run this business, including tools that connect to our own accounts with third-party providers such as accounting, telephony and mapping services. That software is for our internal use only. It is not licensed, sold, distributed or made available to customers or to any other business, and it is not a product offered to the public. Any credentials or data obtained through those connections belong to the account holder, are used solely to operate this business, and are not sold, shared or redistributed. How we handle information generally is described in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you request service is the one that applies to that job.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Angelina County, Texas.
